Are you new to our Mentorships?

If you’re new to our 1:1 mentorship program, please begin by completing the Google Form. The information you provide helps us better understand your background, project goals, and specific requirements, allowing us to offer more personalized guidance. The COIE team will also have access to this information, making it easier to transition between mentors if needed during your project.

Are you an existing Mentee?

Before booking a session with a mentor, please confirm their availability by sending a Session Request email. You can do this quickly by clicking the “Request Session” button. Update the email template with your details and include three preferred date and time options for your meeting, then send it to the mentor.

Mentors typically respond within one business day to confirm their availability and provide a booking link for the agreed-upon time.

Important: You must receive confirmation from the mentor before booking a new session. The mentor will share the booking the link with you in their response email.

What happens after you send a Session Request?

The mentor will respond with the confirmation of date and time from your options or in a rare circumstance suggest an alternate one. They will also send you a Booking link which allows you to book a session with them.
