The workshop is about the strategies and tactics from a diverse array of disciplines, including mindfulness, neuroscience that will help you create the very best conditions for productivity and well-being.
You will quickly learn key steps you can take to increase your focus, helping you become successful in your studies, career, and life.

- Three deliberate steps you can take that can help you be more present to life – even when things are difficult and chaotic
- Three tactical approaches that can help you create greater focus and productivity in your work
Deborah researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates positive psychoeducational programs, coaching, and coach education. She is deeply committed to supporting organizations and direct service clients to showcase and enact strengths and create hope, optimism, and flourishing in the world of work and the greater context of life. She is a Doctoral candidate in Coaching Psychology and holds a Master of Education in Adult Education. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a coaching practice leader, and a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) acting as adjunct faculty at the post-secondary level.
