In this final session, you will return to the Business Model canvas and apply the concepts learned to complete your template. Using your positioning statement and value propositions you will capture key aspects of your business and create an effective presentation – the “pitch” that will be suitable for a variety of audiences.

Using the Business Model Canvas as your framework, you will be able to create milestones and performance benchmarks as you look outward in 6 and 12 month plans.
