She began her COIE journey with a VR workshop and quickly found her path in entrepreneurship. Through mentorship and pitch competitions, she built Centennial Connect, a solution to centralize student opportunities and gained confidence in public speaking and storytelling. Now a Student Ambassador and pitch winner, she’s inspiring others to take their ideas further.

Anthony Wong

When Anthony Wong first joined COIE, he had an idea, but not yet a clear direction. Through mentorship, hands-on workshops, and real-world exposure, that idea transformed into a focused startup vision. Today, with growing confidence and sharpened strategic thinking, Anthony is building Strategic Bridge, a platform supporting Hong Kong newcomers in Toronto, and is already looking ahead to giving back by helping future student entrepreneurs take their first steps.

A standout moment in Rushit’s journey was building SkyFlow for the COIE Demo Day, earning a spot in the Top 5 finalists. As a COIE Student Ambassador, he is also a winning team member at the Global Goals Jam Canada Winter 2026, taking home 1st place and the People’s Choice Award.
